Class Structure
All classes are available by phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom instruction
Day 1
Personal 1-on-1 instruction
(1 hour)
Step-by-step walk through of instructions on how to meditate properly on your own.
Day 2
Private or Group Class
(2 hours)
Q&A + more instruction, practical tips & in-depth understanding.
Correct technique = Maximum benefits
Day 3
Private or Group Class
(2 hours)
Q&A + understanding what goes on in your neurophysiology during this technique.
Day 4
Private or Group Class
(2 hours)
Q&A + discussion of the long range effects of Turning Within in your daily life.
Note: Days 1-3 are scheduled consecutively & Day 4 is two weeks after Day 3
Private Classes
Private classes with Sam where you are the only student in the class are available anytime, day or evening – whenever works for your and her schedule. Contact Sam to book a private class.
Especially good if...
you want to start as soon as possible before the next group class
your job has you “on call” and may cause a last-minute change in class time
you want even more personalized attention in your instruction one-on-one, or
you have special questions or issues that you would like to remain private
Group Classes
4 - 6 people in a group class with Sam where Day 1 is always private, and Days 2, 3, and 4 are in a small group. You still receive individualized attention from Sam with your instruction.

Family Classes
Private group classes with Sam are also available day or evening and weekends, whenever works for your family and her schedule. Contact Sam to book a private family or group class.
Youth Classes
Children can learn a child’s technique starting at age 4, if at least one of their parents has also learned to meditate.
Adolescents (age 10-17) can learn as long as they have their parents’ permission.
The children’s technique, for ages 4-9, takes only 3 meetings of about 20 minutes each on the phone or Zoom. The cost is $100.

Fees are adjusted in your country due to exchange rate with U.S.
Worldwide Classes
Sam teaches people from all around the world.
If your local economy is not based on the U.S. dollar, then the fee will be discounted proportional to the local cost of living.
