MEET YOUR TEACHER
Sam’s dad taught her to meditate when she was 4 years old. However, her teacher training may have started even earlier when she sat with her dad while he taught meditation classes in their living room.
Since then she’s turned to meditation for stress management, mind-body balance, and self-discovery – anywhere from the comfort of her living room in Boston to the busy public transportation of San Francisco to the break rooms of her jobs now in Los Angeles.
Sam Chin’s teaching is backed by decades of meditation experience with Turning Within.

Turning Within embraces the natural tendency of the mind – which is to wander – and helps you experience inner peace without battling thoughts. We teach you about how focus limits the mind in meditation.
Can I do this at home? What about on the go?
Absolutely! You can do this meditation anywhere— a public place, a private place, a quiet place, or a noisy place. No matter where you meditate, you get the same benefits each time. Comfort and flexibility are key.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Turning Within Meditation is designed for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Can I still practice my other meditation techniques?
Yes, Turning Within only enhances other practices that you have.
